Carpet Beetle Control

Carpet Beetle Control

Carpet beetles are common in homes and hotels. Their damage is often confused with that of textile moths. Adult carpet beetles feed on the pollen of flowers and do not damage fabrics and woolen items. The larvae cause the main damage. They eat materials of animal origin such as wool, felt, leather, feathers, silk and can cause economic damage. They can be seen on windowsills in spring. This may indicate the presence of an infestation inside the house. If you suspect that you have a carpet beetle in your home, please call for a free inspection.
